The unprofessionalism began with my first phone call. They answered the phone as if I had called their home rather than a place of business. I spoke to the gentleman that answered. I explained to him what I needed done & he assured me that they could handle it. He told me the hours they are open. I arrived at the establishment 2 days later at approximately 11a.m. No one came to the counter nor were my calls of "Hello, is anyone here?" Very unprofessional. And I'm supposed to trust them with my $200 dry clean only white comforter? I think not!
I have been using this business for 5 years now. It is owned and operated by an older couple. They are always courteous. I have never had a bad experience here. I spend several thousand dollars a year on dry cleaning so if there was a problem with this place i would have found it by now!
